Tanva Hamilton is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, having grown up in the East Jackson County area. She is a graduate of Moss Point High School and the University of Southern Mississippi. She is the wife of David Hamilton and together they have three sons and four grandchildren. Tanya is a member and former organist at Christ Lutheran Church in Pascagoula, MS.
Tanva is a self-taught artist, thanks to the many videos on YouTube. She has also taken classes with Marguerite Pivarnik and Ruth Kimbrough. She particularly enjoys watercolor; painting subjects that make her happy. She also dabbles in acrvlics and in pottery, as well!
