Mae Niolet has been a member of Gallery 782 since 2014. Mae is a retired professor of Art from Delgado Community College where she taught classes in Fine Arts and Graphic Design.
Mae works in watercolor, color pencil, acrylic and mixed media collage. Mae enjoys painting birds and other scenes and subjects from Louisiana, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Mae lives in Pass Christian where she retired after thirty-eight years in New Orleans. Many of her bird paintings are inspired by the many birds observed at her feeders each day.
